英文摘要	2007年，在中小企业最繁盛的浙江，吴英，这位亿万富姐走上了五年的审判路。2012年4月，最高人民法院维持了对吴英的集资诈骗罪的定性，但对于死刑的判决裁定不予核准，发回浙江省高级人民法院重审。5月21日，浙江高院对吴英集资诈骗案做出终审判决，以集资诈骗罪判处吴英死刑，缓期2年执行，没收其全部个人财产。吴英案并不是单一的，它是我国中小企业融资现象的一个缩影。这一影响性案件把解决中小企业融资困境的探索推上了风口浪尖。 文章在进行基本理论阐述之后，以吴英案为背景，揭示中小企业现有融资困境，借鉴美国、日本扶持中小企业发展的经验，探索适合我国国情的体制建设。文章除摘要和引言外，正文结构分为三大部分： ...; In 2007, Wu Ying, a female billionaires from Zhejiang, which is the most prosperous place for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), was sued and the trial lasted five years.
