英文摘要	在行政法基本原则下对公办高校学生管理权进行法律规制有其合理性和必要性，以行政法基本原则为指导，加强公办高校学生管理权的法律规制，对保障公办高校学生管理权正确行使，维护学生合法权益以及推进国家高等教育法制建设都具有重大的意义。目前我国公办高校学生管理权的法律规制虽取得一定成效，但总体上还处于探索阶段，尤其是对照行政法基本原则的要求，公办高校学生管理权的运行还存在很多不足，这些不足直接导致了公办高校学生管理权在一定程度被误读和滥用。本文基于行政法基本原则的视角，从相关学理分析入手，对行政法基本原则下公办高校学生管理权法律规制的理论依据、实践基础、现实状况进行了深入研究，并在此基础上提出了完善的建议...; It is rational and necessary to regulate the universities' rights of student management under the basic principles of administrative law.
