| 英文摘要 | 随着经济生活水平的提高、社会不断的进步，人们对于离婚的观念也随之不断发生变化，以前是“谈离婚色变”而如今确是“见怪不怪”，这一变化体现了婚姻自由观念的逐渐普及。正因如此，离婚在我国不再是特例，而逐渐成为一种普遍的现象，从而导致离婚率不断上升。夫妻离婚导致父母子女之间原有的共同居住关系发生变化，未成年子女通常只能跟随一方父母居住。这种变化如果没有得到良好的调适，不仅会对未成年子女的身心都造成重大伤害，而且也会使离异的父母关系愈发恶劣，影响社会的和谐。为更好的解决离婚后父母子女之间的关系，我国于2001年颁布了《中华人民共和国婚姻法》修正案（以下简称“新婚姻法”），首次明确规定了探望权。探望权是与...; With the rapid development of economy and the continued progressing of our society ,the people's ideas about divorce change from going pale at the mention of divorce in the past to getting accustomed to it now.
