| 英文摘要 | 随着腐败犯罪的高层化、跨国化、行业化，再加上腐败犯罪本来就具有较强的隐蔽性，以及腐败犯罪分子具有较强的反侦查能力，我国传统的侦查手段越来越显得捉襟见肘，检察机关侦查部门在侦查过程中常常采用的由供到证侦查模式已经越来越不适应现今的办案要求。而技术侦查在职务犯罪侦查中的适用是一些国家用来侦查职务犯罪特别是重大职务犯罪的常用措施。我国由于对技术侦查措施能否用于职务犯罪侦查存在认识误区，致使在实践中裹足不前。为了通过侦查程序加强对腐败犯罪的控制，同时为了防止侦查手段的滥用，我国亟待完善职务犯罪案件的侦查手段。为了强化职务犯罪侦查工作，加大反腐败力度，本文就技术侦查在查办职务犯罪侦查中的运用问题作些探讨...; Along with the crime of corruption into high position, international and industiral,plus the crime of corruption already has a strong concealment, and corruption criminals with a strong anti-detection capabilities, our traditional investigative techniques become more and more stretched.
