英文摘要	海事请求保全反担保的审查，涉及海事法院对请求人申请海事请求保全是否需要提供反担保，针对哪些项目提供反担保，提供反担保的期限、方式等一系列问题内容。任何一项内容的审查结果都攸关当事人双方利益，容易引起当事人之间以及当事人与法院之间的争议。但我国对海事请求保全反担保审查的立法仅《海事诉讼特别程序法》第16条、第73条至第76条等5个条款，均为原则性规定，缺乏可操作性，导致实践中对海事请求保全反担保的司法审查流于混乱，经常出现当事人复议、申诉甚至上访的情况。因此，对海事请求保全反担保的审查进行深入、务实的分析、研究，提出统一的规范标准，是非常必要而紧迫的。 本文除前言和结论、后记外，共分三章： ...; Reviewing counter guarantees for preservation of maritime claims involves many issues such as whether counter guarantee is necessarily required when a motion is made before the maritime courts to preserve maritime claims, the coverage of counter guarantees, the term by which and the manner in which counter guarantees should be provided, as well as the return of counter guarantees.
