| 英文摘要 | 不论是英美法系还是大陆法系，法律解释历来都是国内法研究的重要理论问题。在国际法学界，对这一理论问题也愈加重视。关于条约解释的研究不同的领域情形不一，有关WTO条约解释的研究成果较多，但有关国际投资条约解释的研究成果相对较少。本文试图从条约解释的角度，通过考察具体案例，对目的解释方法在国际投资条约仲裁中的适用进行研究。论文主要围绕三个大问题展开，即什么是目的解释方法；目的解释方法的目的指的是什么；如何适用目的解释方法。对上述三个问题的分析和回答，构成了本文的主要内容。 本文除引言和结论外，主体部分包括四章： 第一章是目的解释方法的一般理论，共两节：第一节简要概述目的解释方法在条约解释中的地位...; Whether in Anglo-American legal system or continental legal system, legal interpretation has traditionally been an important theoretical problem in the study of domestic law.
