英文摘要	指定居所监视居住制度本意在于构建一个处于取保候审和逮捕之间的一种过渡性强制措施，以达到减少羁押的效果。然而，正如学者们一直担心与诟病的那样，缺乏有效监督的情况下，指定居所监视居住在实践中轻易就会沦为变相羁押。新《刑事诉讼法》赋于检察机关对指定居所监视居住的监督权，其中由监所检察部门负责对指定居所监视居住执行的监督。笔者从检察实践角度出发，详细论述了指定居所监视居住检察监督的内涵及其制度机理；就指定居所监视居住执行检察监督的制度实践，分析在司法实践中存在的问题及其原因；并论述了指定居所监视居住执行检察监督的制度完善，就如何加大执行检察监督力度，避免指定居所监视居住被滥用，以实现打击犯罪与保障人权...; Originally,the system of residential surveillance in the specified residence which is between of the guaranteed pending trial and the arrestment is transitional and mandatory ,all of these in order to reduce the effect of detention.
