英文摘要	诉讼和调解是现阶段我国司法实践中解决纠纷的主要方式。司法实践中，法院诉讼系统与法院外非诉调解系统的相互对接，形成人民法院与社会各方面力量在职能上良性互动，法院司法调解与人民调解有机结合，实现了资源共享、信息共享，合力解决社会矛盾纠纷。对此，诉调对接机制应运而生。诉调对接机制是法院等实务工作部门的一个新提法，是探索解决多元化矛盾纠纷的一种新途径，扩大了司法的功能，体现了法院所背负的政治和社会责任，是司法努力满足社会转型时期特殊需要的一项重要举措。与此同时，婚姻家庭纠纷案件有其特殊性，往往很难分清谁是谁非，如果使用硬性的诉讼方式解决不一定能照顾当事人每一项具体的需要。而调解具有自愿性和灵活性等多重...; Litigation and conciliation is main way of resolving dispute in the judicial practice of our country at present stage.
