英文摘要	相对于货物贸易，服务贸易是国际贸易的新领域和未来发展方向。随着服务贸易开放度的提高，中国吸引了大量的服务贸易投资，但又面临着在WTO框架内越来越多的挑战。从DSB（WTODisputeSettlementBody）近期处理的服务贸易争端来看，GATS具体承诺表的解释往往是影响案件结果的重要因素。 本文从涉及到GATS具体承诺表解释的DSB典型案例入手，分析认为DSB对具体承诺表进行解释的法理基础在于将具体承诺表的法律效力等同于GATS主文，对GATT关税减让表解释方法的移植，以及《维也纳条约法公约》第31、32条的习惯国际法地位。本文详细论述了DSB在具体承诺表的解释上使用的解释方法，如通常...; Compared to goods trade, service trade is much younger.
