英文摘要	内容摘要 本文以我国未成年人民事司法保护的基本理念为思考立足点，从我国民事诉讼中未成年人司法保护现状入手，剖析对未成年人民事权益进行特殊保护的必要性，采用文献梳理、比较研究以及实证分析法等方法，分析我国民事诉讼中对未成年人权益保护的缺陷，并就具体民事诉讼制度中如何完善对未成年人权益保护提出若干建议。 本文除前言和结语外，正文共四章。 第一章为未成年人民事司法保护的基本理论。本章首先通过分析未成年人人权保护的特殊性进而指出未成年人民事司法特殊保护的必要性；然后分析“未成年人利益最大化原则”这一全世界各国公认的儿童保护领域的基本理念的涵义，并将其作为我国未成年人民事司法保护的指导原则，形成全...; ABSTRACT This article focuses on the basic concept of minors in our country civil judicial protection.
