英文摘要	雾霾天气、PM2.5、水资源污染等新闻字眼已成为时下社会公众日益关心的话题，环境污染的严重性越来越受关注，环境问题愈演愈烈。但现实中发生的环境纠纷大多无法得到有效解决，由此也引发了从法律层面惩治环境污染的探索，其中最引人瞩目的莫过于环境公益诉讼。环境公益诉讼是解决环境公益纠纷、保护环境的一种重要途径。近年来,环境公益诉讼案例在国内外层出不穷。由检察机关作为原告提起的环境公益诉讼案件在我国各地也呈现其燎原之势，并取得良好的社会效果。 但在司法实践中，也有一些检察机关的环境公益诉讼案件以败诉而告终。究其原因，一是我国环境公益诉讼制度尚未真正形成，案件审理中缺乏法律依据；二是传统原告资格理论限制了...; Nowadays, the pubic are getting more and more concerned about haze weather, PM2.5, water pollution and some other words in the news.
