| 英文摘要 | 海上钻井平台油污污染已经成为海洋油气开发行业发展中不可不正视的问题。近期，无论是美国墨西哥湾原油泄漏，还是我国渤海湾原油泄漏，事故造成的损害都十分严重，在社会上引发了较大的关注。而海上钻井平台法律关系十分复杂，一旦发生油污事件，在我国现有的法律体系下明确油污损害民事责任主体十分困难。因此，研究海上钻井平台油污损害赔偿主体及其责任承担方式，对于明确责任归属、受害人索赔以及石油勘探开发的风险防范都有着重要的现实意义。 本文采用“总-分”结构，除引言和结语外，共分为四章： 第一章明确海上钻井平台油污损害归责原则及对责任主体进行分类。首先，在归纳总结无过错责任原则的应用价值的基础上，通过比较国外相...; Oil pollution from offshore drilling platform has become a problem behind the development of oil and gas industry.
