| 英文摘要 | 近年来，随着电视节目产业的迅速兴起，诸如《中国好声音》《爸爸去哪儿》等电视节目受到广大观众的热捧。但是，与此同时，电视同业竞争者之间的抄袭跟风现象愈演愈烈。因此，电视节目模式的法律保护问题逐渐成为学界关注的焦点。目前，电视节目模式在我国的法律地位并不明确，学界对电视节目模式的法律性质莫衷一是。有人认为其属于思想范畴不应当受到著作权保护，亦有人持相反观点。本文认为，我国法律应当确立电视节目模式的作品地位，为其提供著作权法上的保护。 除引言外，本文拟分为四个部分：第一章论述电视节目模式的基本概念和对其采用的保护模式，并对电视节目模式进行著作权保护的必要性和可行性进行分析；第二章对世界上电视节目模...; In recent years, with the rapid growth of the television program industry, the television programs such as “The Voice of China” and “Where are we going, Dad?” become very popular among Chinese audience.
