| 英文摘要 | 大尺寸钨坩埚是厦门虹鹭钨钼工业有限公司战略转型产品之一，目前国内对其理论研究和工业化生产实践较少，同时，也存在模具设计不合理、压坯开裂、烧结裂纹、收缩不均匀、车削刀具易磨损、烧结密度低等问题。本文系统研究了采用粉末冶金方法生产大尺寸钨坩埚的工艺，实现了大批量、工业化生产。 论文研究的主要内容和结论如下： （1）通过对大尺寸钨坩埚工业化生产用模具进行设计开发和优化，提高了压坯表面光洁度，提高了装粉同心度和均匀性，减少了车削余量，提高了生产效率。针对模具的优化设计，申请了一项实用新型专利，并获得授权。 （2）一级保压压力为200MPa，一级保压时间为180s时适用于大尺寸钨坩埚冷等静压压制成...; Large tungsten crucible (LTC) is one of the strategic transformation products in Xiamen Honglu Tungsten Molybdenum Industry Co., Ltd.
