| 英文摘要 | 高岭土是一种重要的非金属矿物资源，广泛应用于陶瓷、造纸、油漆、涂料、塑料及橡胶等许多工业领域。由于高岭土中含有的铁杂质降低了高岭土的白度，影响了其工业应用价值。因此，除铁增白已成为高岭土应用行业的首要任务。本文以漳州铁染高岭土、龙岩铁染高岭土和武平湘店铁染高岭土进行化学漂白及煅烧增白的前期探索研究，目的是得出适用于漂白剂煅烧增白的高岭土类型，并得出最佳的漂白及煅烧增白工艺条件。在此基础上，完成漳州铁染高岭土10公斤级中试试验。最后，完成了对龙海九湖60吨铁染高岭土进行化学漂白和煅烧增白的生产放大试验。主要研究结果如下： 1.高岭土的漂白及煅烧增白效果与高岭土的矿物特性有关。在矿浆固液比为1:...; Kaolin is an important non-metal raw material, which has been widely used in various industry departments such as ceramics, paper, paint, plastic, rubber, stuffing and etc. The quality of kaolin is measured in function of iron content, since this element give an undesirable reddish color to this mineral.
