英文摘要	西欧的一体化进程表明有关一体化的各种政策构想这一理念因素在实现一体化的过程中发挥了巨大的作用。同理,有关东亚合作的理念因素在东亚合作过程中的作用不容忽视。作为探讨东亚合作的理念因素的一环,本文以日本前首相鸠山由纪夫所提出的“东亚共同体“构想为焦点,通过该构想与战后日本历届首相所提出的有关东亚合作构想的比较分析,凸显出鸠山东亚共同体构想的主要特征。; Western Europe's integration process has demonstrated that various concepts of the integration,in other words,ideal factors play an important role.Similarly,the role that ideal factors will play in cooperation process in East Asia can not be ignored.This paper will take former Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyamas "East Asian Community" concept as a focus,analyze main features of his concept,by comparing his idea with other Japanese prime ministers' ideas about East Asian cooperation.; 教育部人文社会科学研究一般项目“西方外交学前沿研究评析”(11YJA810003)
