| 英文摘要 | “政治“指的是对社会价值的权威性分配。政治体系的结构因此也就由分配者和被分配者两个次级体系构成。政治合法性则涉及被分配者对分配者的一种主观价值评价。然而,由于分配者与被分配者是由不同层级、不同属性的元素所构成,这种合法性评价也就有着丰富多彩的结果。因此,要研究政治合法性,就必须对分配者和被分配者这两个次级体系进行解构。作为分配者的政治统治系统,由共同体、体制和统治者构成;作为评价者的被统治系统则由不同的种族、宗教、文化、阶层、性别、职业等交叉套叠的社会群体组成。这些结构的种类和性质对政治合法性的理论和实践均具有重要意义。; Political legitimacy refers to the belief by the ruled in the ruler’s right to rule.Thus, legitimation is an interactive process between the governor and the governed.Ruler is a political system that consists of three institutions: the political community(nation-state), the regime and the government(the authorities).All of them need seeking to legitimate.The ruled, as the evaluator of legitimacy of political system, is not one entity but many individuals and groups with different levels of engagement, value, intensity, and significance.These groups can be divided by race, religion, culture, class, gender and career.It is more important to analyze the legitimacy of political system that deconstructs the component of the ruler and ruled.Different individuals and groups have different valuation of legitimacy to different ruler system.; 国家社会科学基金项目“国际政治合法性与构建和谐世界”(08BGJ001)的阶段性成果 |
