英文摘要	目前,两岸关系的发展面临“南北失衡“的突出问题,两岸的交往主要集中在与北台湾的交流,南部台湾逐渐成为两岸交流的短板。因此,如何推进中南部台湾与大陆的交流合作,使两岸关系和平发展的成果“下渗“到台湾中南部地区成为进一步深化两岸关系的重要命题。与台湾中南部县市隔海相望的闽南三市(厦门市、泉州市、漳州市)拥有对台的独特优势,在加强大陆与台湾中南部地区交流合作中大有可为。本文运用改进的城市经济引力模型,测算了闽南地区与台湾西部地区共19个县市2012年彼此间的经济引力,并结合实证分析的结果,进一步论述推动闽台“南南合作“的必要性与可行性。; At present,the development of the cross-Strait relations is facing the problem of the"imbalance between north and south"as more of the exchanges or interactions are made in north of Taiwan than in the south.Therefore,it is an important proposition to us to find ways to promote the exchanges and cooperation with the middle south of Taiwan and try to"infiltrate"the achievements of the cross-Strait peaceful development into middle south part of Taiwan so as to further deepen the crossStrait relations.On the other hand,as the Minnan areas,which include Xiamen,Quanzhou and Zhangzhou,have geographically unique advantages in the development of the cross-Strait relations they have played a special role in strengthening cooperation with central and southern Taiwan.This paper makes a careful evaluation of the economic gravitation 19 counties between Minnan areas and the western Taiwan in 2012 by using the city economic gravitational model,and at the same time,based on the empirical analysis discusses the necessity and feasibility of accelerating the " South-to- south cooperation" between Fujian and Taiwan.; 教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目“后ECFA时代两岸经济合作发展趋势与对策研究”(11JJD810006)
