热解生物油中酚类化合物的萃取; Study on Extracting Phenols from Biomass Fast Pyrolysis Oil

英文摘要以松木快速热解生物油为原料,对蒸馏得到的富含酚类馏分进行了萃取-反萃取提取酚类化合物的研究,考察了不同有机溶剂如二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、正己烷、环己烷等对酚类的萃取效果.结果表明:乙酸乙酯能够有效地萃取碱化后生物油中的非酚有机物,使水相中酚类物质含量提高;而在反萃取过程中,乙酸丁酯、正己烷和石油醚对酚类的萃取选择性比其他几种萃取剂要好,其中以乙酸丁酯对酚类的萃取率最高.若采用乙酸乙酯为萃取剂,乙酸丁酯为反萃取剂,则本方法从新鲜生物油中萃取酚类的总萃取率可达59.1%.; The extraction of phenolic compounds from the pine bio-oil distillate was studied.The influence of different organic solvents such as dichloromethane,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,n-hexane,cyclohexane on the extraction yield of phenols was investigated.It was found that most of non-phenolic organic compounds in bio-oil can be effectively extracted away by ethyl acetate after the distillate of bio-oil was alkalized with NaOH,which leads to the concentration increase of phenols in aqueous phase.While in the subsequent extraction of phenols from aqueous phase,butyl acetate,n-hexane,and petroleum ether exhibited better selectivity to phenols than other examined solvents.The overall extraction yield for phenols is the highest,reaching 59.1% when ethyl acetate is used as solvent for removing non-phenolic compounds while butyl acetate for phenols.; 国家高技术研究发展计划(863)项目(2012AA051801)
