英文摘要	利用胃蛋白酶酶切单克隆抗体JH11，经SEPHAdEXg-150分离获得JH11fAb′，得率约15%.用氯胺T碘标法制备131I-JH11fAb′，观测其在荷人肝细胞癌bEl-7402裸鼠模型的定位显像作用，腹腔注射131I-JH11fAb′后24~120H，肿瘤部位放射性物质浓集，并清楚显像，其中尤以96H为佳.131I-JH11fAb′注射后96H，在13种器官的T/nT比值均大于3.0，肿瘤的定位指数为3.80.这表明JHfAb′片段在肝细胞癌的定位显像和导向治疗中有一个更好的应用前景.; JH11Fab′ Fragments were obtained by the method of pepsin digestion and Sephadex G 150 chromatography, with a 15% receiving percentage.By use of the Ch T 131 I labeling method, 131 I JH11Fab′ was prepared and its eFFects of targeting and imaging in nude mice model bearing human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL 7402 were observed.During 24 120 h aFter intraperitoneal administration, radioactivity concentrating and clear imaging were detected, with a best imaging at 96 h.T/NT values in thirteen normal tissues or organs were all over 3.0, at 96 h aFter the administration of JH11Fab′ Fragments, and its localizing index of tumor was 3.80.These results show that JH11Fab′ Fragments may be more useFul in the localizing ,imaging and targeting treatment of human hepatocellular carcinoma.
