| 英文摘要 | 文章从功效、药性、现代药理、配伍、临床应用等方面对近10年来研究辛味药的相关文献进行了分析总结,着重讨论了辛味药“行“、“散“的基础功效和“敛“、“润“的引申作用,通过对辛味药的“效“与“用“以及辛甘发散、辛甘化阳的认识,进一步阐述了辛味通补的内涵。指出辛苦调枢、辛开玄府、络病用辛是治疗疑难病证的思路,为指导临床运用辛味药提供了依据。; This paper reviewed the research progress about pungent herbs in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the recent decade.It mainly disscussed the therapeutic effects,nature,pharmacology,compatibility and the clinical application of the pungent herbs.It focused on its base effects(walk and disperse) and extended effects(constringency and moist).By understanding the effects and usages of pungent herbs,the compatibility of pungent and sweet,pungent and bitter,it clarifies the meaning of Xinweitongbu.It also points out how to use the pungent herbs to treat the miscellaneous disease.All of these provide a basis for the clinical application of pungent herbs. |
