基于l_1正则化的匀速运动模糊图像复原; A l_2-based Restoration in Uniform Motion Blurred Image

英文摘要匀速运动模糊作为运动模糊中最基本的模式,在图像复原中一直都倍受关注,其研究成果被广泛应用于其他图像复原以及图像处理中.将图像稀疏表示的思想引入匀速运动模糊图像复原中,提出一种基于l1正则化的复原算法,并利用基追踪算法有效地求解l1正则化的线性规划问题.由于l1在异常值下表现稳健,使得算法对较宽模糊范围下的匀速运动模糊图像都有稳定良好的恢复效果.为了验证算法效果,对该算法与现有算法进行了大量的对比实验,实测结果表明,该算法能准确恢复图像,且有效抑制振铃效应.; Uniform motion blurred,as the basic motion blur mode,has been highly concerned in image restoration,whose research results have been widely applied to other image restoration and image processing.In this paper,we proposed a restoration algorithm based on l1-regularization,which applied the image sparse representation to uniform motion blurred image restoration,and used basis pursuit algorithm to solve the linear programming problem of l1 regularization.As the l1 norm is not sensitive to abnormal values, the algorithm performs well under a widely fuzzy scope.The results of numerous experiments on various blurred images demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the other classics algorithms,with better gray mean grads and structural similarity index measurement,and especially it can restrain the ringing effect well.; 国家自然科学基金(61102135)
