英文摘要 | 此研究结果表明这类激光器的小信号增益分布与气体流速有关。在静止气体或非常慢速流动下,小信号增益分布取决于气体温度的分布;而当气体流速增加到一定数值后,小信号增益分布则取决于气体速度在放电管内的分布; The distribution of small signal gain in a planar,large area discharge,RF excited CO 2 laser was measured and analyzed.The results show that the small signal gain distribution of such laser is closely related to gas flow rate.Under static or very slow gas flow,small signal gain distribution depends on temperature distribution in the discharge channel.Whereas when the flow rate increases to a higher level,small signal gain distribution depends on gas velocity distribution. |
