英文摘要	截至甲午战后割台,“台湾“一直是明治日本军政官民的共同议题。“征韩论“时有台湾“屏藩论“;“牡丹社事件“中有台湾“生番无主论“;中日琉球问题交涉和中法战争时有“取台论“;中法战争后有参谋本部《清国征讨策案》中包含的割台论;甲午战前有“千岛台湾交换论“;随着日本在甲午战争中取得优势,“占领台湾论“被政策化,并得以实现。《马关条约》的签订并非偶然,而是明治日本人长期觊觎宝岛台湾,并有计划实施侵占的必然结果。在距《马关条约》签订120周年的今天,梳理明治日本出现的台湾相关言论,对于重新审视和挖掘日本侵台的历史真相,解开台湾的“弃子“情结十分必要。; By the end of the Sino-Japanese War of 1894,"Taiwan"had always been a common issue for the Japanese military officers,government and the general public during the Meiji period.When the"Conquering Korea Theory"was proposed,someone came up with the "Theory of Protecting and Safeguarding Taiwan".When the "Peony Society Incident"occurred,there came the "Theory of No Jurisdiction"in Taiwan.Likewise,the "Taking over Taiwan Theory"was prevailing during the Sino-French War when the negotiation between China and Japan on the issue of Ryukyu was under way.On the other hand,after the Sino-French War there was a "Qing Expeditionary Strategy Case"that contained the "Theory of Partition of Taiwan".Moreover,before the Sino-Japanese War of 1894,the"Trade Kuril for Taiwan"was also known to all.As Japan gained an upper hand,the"Theory of Occupying Taiwan"became the policy that was eventually carried out.And the signing of the"Treaty of Shimonoseki"was not accidental but the inevitable result produced by the Japanese who had long coveted and finally occupied Taiwan in a planned way during the Meiji period.Before we commemorate the 120 thanniversary of the signing of the Shimonoseki Treaty today,it is highly necessary for us to organize the theories about Taiwan by Japanese during the Meiji period,re-examine and explore the historical truth of the Japanese invasion of Taiwan.
