英文摘要	“从“中国科技论文在线”到高校IR联盟之服务创新模式研究(2008104)”研究论文; [中文摘要]针对开放获取理念渐入人心，以及高校和研究所等机构仓储建设的蓬勃发展，提出了构建国家机构仓储联盟的构想。文中着重探讨了国内机构仓储发展现状、构建国家机构仓储的意义、构建国家机构仓储联盟的模式和构建国家机构仓储目前还存在的问题，同时对国内外典型机构仓储联盟案例进行了分析。[Abstract]For the idea of open access getting into people＇s minds, and the prosperous development of institutional repositories built by universities and research institutes, building national institutional repository alliance is proposed. This paper focuses on the development of domestic institutional repository, significance of building national institutional repository alliance, the mode of building national institutional repository alliance, and the existing problems of building national institutional repository alliance, as well as the typical domestic and foreign institutional repository alliances are analyzed.; 教育部科技发展中心
