英文摘要	近20年来,祖国大陆先后出台一系列保护台胞投资的法律法规,这些立法切实保护了台商在大陆投资的合法权益,有效地鼓励了台商投资的积极性。但是,随着两岸关系的发展和大陆投资环境的变化,《台胞投资保护法》及其《实施细则》的部分条文已不太适应当前两岸关系的需要。2012年8月《两岸投保协议》签署后这一问题更加凸显。因此,大陆方面应以落实《两岸投保协议》为契机,加快台胞投资保护立法的修订工作,协调其与《两岸投保协议》的关系,为台商在大陆的投资发展提供更加良好、宽松的法律环境。; Over the last two decades,Chinese mainland has enacted a series of laws and regulations aimed at protecting Taiwanese investment.These pieces of legislation have played a significant role in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Taiwanese investment in Chinese mainland,effectively stimulating Taiwanese investors' enthusiasm for investing in the mainland.However,with the development of the relations across the Taiwan Strait and the changes in the mainland's investment environment,the Taiwanese Investment Protection Law and its Implementation Rules no longer fit the needs of the current cross-Strait relations.This unfitness has become increasingly apparent since the signing of the Cross-Strait Investment Protection Agreement in August 2012.As such,mainland authorities are expected to take advantage of the implementation of the Cross-Strait Investment Protection Agreement to speed up the revision of the Taiwanese Investment Protection Law and to balance its relationship with the Cross-Strait Investment Protection Agreement,thus providing Taiwanese investors in the mainland with a better and more relaxed legal environment for business development.; 福建省社会科学规划项目《推进两岸关系和平发展的法律问题研究》(批准号{20138051})资助
