英文摘要	随着两岸经贸往来的不断深入,作为现代服务业中的研发服务业将会成为两岸未来产业转型与产业合作的重点。台湾研发服务业起步比大陆早,其产业体系发展相对成熟,因此在两岸市场中将享有更多的竞争优势和发展机遇。但另一方面,台湾研发服务业目前在两岸市场中却存在着资金投入不足、研发人才短缺、研发资源整合度不高等发展挑战。因此可以说,台湾研发服务业在两岸市场的发展中机遇与挑战并存,如何抓住机遇迎接挑战,这已成为影响台湾能否顺利实现产业转型的关键影响因素之一。; With the further development of the cross-straits economic and trade communication,the research and development service in modern services will become more of a focus in the cross-straits industrial restructuring and cooperation in the future.The research and development service in Taiwan appeared earlier than in mainland China.The development of its industrial system is relatively more mature and will therefore enjoy more competitive advantages and development opportunities in cross-straits markets.However,at the present stage,Taiwan research and development services are facing such challenges as insufficient investment,research and development personal shortage,low degree of resource integration,etc.The opportunities,therefore,coexist with challenges for Taiwan research and development services in the cross-straits markets.How to seize the opportunities so as to meet the challenges has become one of the crucial elements for the realization of Taiwan industrial transformation.; 国家社会科学基金重点项目“构建台湾海峡两岸关系和平发展框架研究”(项目号:11AZZ005); 教育部人文社科重点研究基地重大项目“后ECFA时代两岸经济合作发展趋势与对策研究”(项目号:11JJD810006)
