英文摘要	通过ECfA推进两岸经济制度性合作与一体化发展,虽然有着较大的内容空间和重大的现实意义,但面临来自两岸经济体发展差异性、两岸政治关系稳定性以及台湾内部政治经济生态的约束,需要探索突破约束的路径。宜坚守政治基础,增强政治互信;遵守国际规则,坚持平等互利;遵循经济规律,循序渐进推进;采行先行先试,寻求局部突破。; The Cross-Strait economic institutional cooperation and integration under the ECFA is rich in content and of great significance.However,it is confronted with such constraint conditions as the differences in economy,the stability of the political relations across the Strait,and the political and economic situation of Taiwan society,which require people on both sides to make joint efforts to find the solution and make a breakthrough.In order to achieve the goal,the mainland and Taiwan authorities should stick to the existing political foundation,enhance political mutual trust,respect international rules and adhere to the equality and mutual benefit.At the same time,they should also follow economic laws,advance step by step in due order and adopt the first to seek a partial breakthrough.; 中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助项目“大陆对台经贸政策措施的社会政治效应研究”(2011221034)----
