英文摘要	在国际经济景气回暖的环境下,台湾经济表现出强劲的复苏景象,对外贸易由衰转盛,民间投资大幅增加,工业生产旺盛,民间消费也有相当幅度提升,2010年经济增长率为10.82%,创21年来新高。从近年台湾经济表现来看,台湾经济极易受外部环境的影响,随国际经济景气周期循环而涨落,这与台湾内部经济结构失衡密切相关。随着两岸关系稳步发展,特别是ECfA的实施,台湾经济将进一步复苏,预期2011年将进入平稳增长轨道。; In 2010,Taiwan's economy showed strong recovery while the international economic climate became warm.Taiwan's economy has a significant growth in foreign trade,private investment and private consumption.Taiwan's economic growth rate reached 10.82% in 2010,which is the highest in the past 21 years in Taiwan.We argue that Taiwan's economic fluctuations were influenced easily by the international economic cycle fluctuations,which is related with the Taiwan economic structure.With the steady development of Cross-strait relations,and the implementation of ECFA especially,Taiwan's economy will recover furtherly.Taiwan's economy in 2011 is expected to enter a steady growth track.; 国家社科基金2009年度重大项目“加快建设海峡西岸经济区重大问题研究”的阶段性研究成果
