英文摘要	[中方文摘]由于多重因素的影响,两岸既有的农业合作机制在体现市场主导性的同时呈现出政府制度性缺位的状况,同时,合作机制的功能发挥范围也长期停留于投资贸易以及农业生产的技术领域。2008年5月两岸关系改善以来所呈现的两岸经济一体化取向和农业合作自身的进展,衍生了两岸农业合作机制创新诉求。未来,两岸应在市场与政府职能合理划分的基础上,形成市场机制与政府制度化安排良性互动;并从"大农业"范畴出发,建构更符合两岸农业竞争力提高和经济一体化需要的农业合作新机制。[英文文摘]Due to multiple factors,existing cross-strait agricultural cooperation mechanism embodys market leading as well as government institutional vacancy,and the function scopes of cooperation mechanism stay on investment,trade and agricultural production technology for a long time. Since improvement of cross-strait relations in May,2008,economic integration orientation and agricultural cooperation progress demand the innovation of cross-strait agricultural cooperation mechanism. In the future,both banks should form benign interaction of the market and the government institution arrangement on the base of reasonably division in the market and the government function, and construct new agricultural cooperation mechanism from the grand agriculture category which meets the needs of cross- strait agriculture competitive power enhancement and economic integration.; 教育部人文社科重点研究基地重大项目(08JJDGAT250):两岸农业交流与合作机制研究。
