英文摘要	在内蒙古呼伦贝尔草原牧场检获感染有斜睾总科吸虫幼虫期及其和土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫两种吸虫幼虫期双重感染的萝卜螺,对它们分别进行了组织学和组织化学观察。斜睾总科剑尾型尾蚴体壁皮层下及腹吸盘前各含有分泌酸性粘液及含糖类物质的单细胞腺体,在尾蚴成熟过程中,腹吸盘前标准阿新蓝阳性腺体分泌物逐渐排向体表最外层,体周皮层下分泌PAS反应阳性物质在其下形成不连续的一层。对保护尾蚴免受损伤,适应外界不良环境可能具有重要作用。在两种吸虫幼虫期双重感染的萝卜螺中,剑尾型尾蚴处于成熟前期,东毕吸虫则完全发育成熟,双重感染时寄生部位和各自单独感染一致,两种吸虫幼虫期在消化腺中各自成簇,呈镶嵌型分布,也存在迭加,但在不同的小区域内分布密度有所不同。双重感染的螺,其消化腺受到严重破坏,生殖腺几近消失,表明两种吸虫双重感染主要表现为对螺宿主提供有限空间和营养的竞争。; In order to know the two species of larval trematodes in the same snail host,if there were interactions between the two species of larval trematodes and the affection to the snail host,we carried on histological and histochemical studies on Radix infected with Larval trematode of Xiphidiocercaria alone,and with O turkestanica double infection During the process of cercariae development,the Xiphidiocercaria has unicellular gland in front of the ventral sucker,in which the Alcian-blue test positive acid mucus gradually lay out to the body surface and another unicellular gland which secrets PAS positive substance distributing under this acid mucus layer The function of these glands is discussed In the case of double infection with two species of larval trematodes,the Xiphidiocercaria is at pre mature stage and the cercaria of O turkestanica are fully developed Their localization in the snail is the same as that of their infection alone,which suggests that it is a stable genetics characters for them There is overlapped distribution in the digestive gland of snail but with different intensity in sub area No direct interaction between them has been found The snail with double-infection has a badly damaged digestive gland and its germinal gland was hardly seen,which suggests that the competition between two kinds of larval trematode is on the nutrition and limited spaces afforded by the snail
