英文摘要	STrEPTOMyCES SP.WXC菌株是从滑桃树(TrEWIA nudIflOrA l.)种子中分离到的一株内生菌,滑桃树种子提取物对STrEPTOMyCES SP.WXC菌株的生长有促进作用.运用蛋白质组学方法,研究STrEPTOMyCES SP.WXC菌株在加入滑桃树种子提取物和不加入滑桃树种子提取物的两种条件下,其蛋白表达的差异,结果发现44个差异蛋白.经数据库比对分析,表明这些蛋白主要与菌株的运输、氧化还原、水解和生物合成有关.该结果为进一步研究植物与其内生菌的相互作用奠定基础.; The chemical interactions between endophytes and plant hosts have been an interesting topic since the coining of the concept of symbiosis and co-evolution.Streptomyces sp.WXC was an endophytic strain isolated from the seed of Trewia nudiflora L..During screening for optimized fermentation media,we noticed that when the medium was supplemented with the extract of T.nudiflora seeds,S.sp.WXC grew obviously better and developed more mycelia by ca.3-fold.To understand the mechanism of this growth-stimulating effect,the proteomes of S.sp.WXC cultivated under two conditions,with or without the supplement of seed extract,were analyzed by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,respectively.The comparison of the different proteomes resulted in identification of 44 proteins with mass spectrometry.The upregulated proteins were identified to be involved in transport,redox,biosynthesis and hydrolyzation,but most notably these related to catabolic metabolisms.The current study suggested that the catabolic metabolism and secondary metabolism of S.sp.WXC were increased by the addition of T.nudiflora seed extract.Hence,the influence of growth and protein expression of host components on the symbiotic streptomyces was thought to be an important adaptation allowing the endophyte to affect its host.The result could lay the foundation of further researching interaction between host and endophyte.; 国家自然科学基金(30430020)
