英文摘要	“控制技术“的问题起源于技术负面效应的显现以及人们对此的反应。技术的工具论者、实体论者和批判论者分别阐述了有关“控制技术“的观点:技术可控,技术失控以及对技术的有限控制。对技术本质的理解的不同,从根本上决定了各种观点的内涵和特征彼此相异。关于“控制技术“的争论,一方面反映了各自所处的时代特征,另一方面也向更为具体的层面推进。这不仅加深了人们对技术的理解,而且有助于技术哲学研究的深入开展。; The problem of "control of technology"originates from the negative effects of technology and people's corresponding response.Instrumental theorists,substantive theorists and critical theorists respectively expound views on "control of technology": control technology,technology-out-of-control and limited control of technology.Different understandings of the essence of technology determines the different connotation and characteristics in the various points of view.Debates about"control of technology",on the one hand,reflect the spirit of their own age respectively,and on the other hand become more specific.This not only deepens people's understanding of technology,but also promotes the development of study on the philosophy of technology.
