英文摘要	“跨文化形象学“之所以出现,与当下中国文化自觉的问题有关。西方的中国形象之所以重要,并非因为它是“西方“的,而是因为西方的中国形象研究是“跨文化形象学“中国问题的起点。从西方现代性精神结构中中国形象的生成,到中国形象跨文化传播中西方的话语霸权,时隐时现的始终是西方现代性观念与制度中的某种致命因素,即深植于西方现代性精神核心同体异构、相互关联的两种力量——自我认同与异己分化。表面上全球化的中国形象网络,实际已被西方的中国形象程序所操控,这才是隐藏在全球主义中转移病变的最危险的东方主义因素。如果以专业的方式“解构“西方中国形象的文化霸权,那么,这种文化霸权既包括西方建构的,也包括跨文化移植的。就后者而言,俄罗斯、印度、日本这三个国家与中国地理相邻、文化相关。在当今世界地缘政治格局中,与它们的关系,构成21世纪中国最敏感也最危险的国际关系;而它们的中国形象,构成它们面对中国的地缘政治想象与国家战略背后最深层的文化动机,直接关系到中国的和平崛起。风靡一时的后殖民主义批判理论或许能“解构“西方文化霸权,并不一定能“解放“中国现代性思想主体。因为,后殖民主义文化批判这一理论工具既未面对“中国问题“,又未能解释“中国问题“。倘若在后殖民主义文化批判理论前提与方法下进行“跨文化形象学“研究,至多是一种“反西方中心的西方中心主义“,它最终会误导“中国思想“迷失了“中国问题“。; My cross-cultural study with Western images of China as a method,arise from the problem of cultural self-consciousness of present China.My three research questions always focus on the construction of Chinese images in the spirit structure of Western modernity and its hegemony in cross-cultural communication of globalizing history.My ultimate concern is the dangerous core of Western modernity:the energies of self-identifying and other-diversifying both in idea and reality.But,problem right can not promise theory correct.Our dilemma is that,in the perspective or method of post-colonialism,we either catch the problem and lose the theory,or lose the problem and catch the theory.The fact is,a "Western centralism of anti-west" will misguide "Chinese thought" to miss "Chinese problem",we fail to rescue the subjectivity of Chinese thought through the criticism of post-colonialism.
