| 英文摘要 | 海界,指人为划定的一定海域的地理界限,在不同时代有不同的空间范围。中国古代就有关于海界的记述,蕴涵着中国人对海界的自主认知。古代海界的观念与海洋历史权利相联系:国境海界的划分是海域主权的意思表示;地方行政单位和军事单位的海界,反映海域主权派生的行政管辖权和军事控制权;民间社会的海界,体现个人或宗族使用海域的权属。; Sea boundary,an ambit of the given sea area delimited by people,has different spatial areas in different eras.The ancient records about the sea boundary embodied the understanding of the sea boundary by the Chinese people.Its conception was connected with the right of sea in history.The demarcation of the boundary line of territorial waters expressed the dominion of the sea area,and the sea boundary of the local authorities and military institutions reflected the administrative and military jurisdiction which was derived from the dominion,and the sea boundary of the civil society reflected the right of use by individuals or clans. |
