英文摘要	美国反恐战争中大量使用无人机,有关无人机攻击的合法性在国际上一直存有争议。本文从无人机攻击的结果出发,分析了无人机的定义及美国利用现状,分别着重阐述美国无人机攻击与国家自卫权、国家主权、国际人权法、国际人道法之间的法律相关问题,指出现有国际法在某种程度上虽不能有效规制无人机攻击,但美国要合法化使用无人机攻击,必须在《联合国宪章》下行使自卫权,尊重国家主权,严格遵守国际人权法和国际人道法等相关国际法。; The unmanned aerial vehicles( UAV) are largely used to war on terror,whose legality has been controversial in the world.The present article firstly focuses on the results of UAV attacks,then analyzes the definition and utilization situation of the United States' UAV.Secondly it elaborates respectively legal issues of UAV attacks connecting with National Security,National Sovereignty,International Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law,then points out the existing International Law cannot effectively regulate UAV attacks to a certain extent.If the United States make UAV attacks become legal,it must be in the United Nations Charter to exercise the right of Self- defense,and respect for National Sovereignty,strictly adherence to the International Human Rights Law,International Humanitarian Law and other relevant International Laws.; 武汉大学中央高校基本科研业务费资助项目“中印跨界水资源开发利用法律问题研究”(2012633020201)的阶段性研究成果
