英文摘要	跨国公司fdI在全球的生产布局极大地促进了国际产品内分工的发展,这可由日益增长的中间产品贸易体现出来。本文在对中国、东盟国家、美国近年来对世界贸易和双边贸易结构析的基础上,确定中国、东盟国家以及美国在全球产品内国际分工的程度,发现在生产网络中从事加工装配的中国和从事零部件生产的东盟国家,虽在价值链中的所处位置没有明显提升,但在不断融入全球生产网络的同时,其参与产品内国际分工的程度在不断加深,与处在价值链高端主要从事设计与研发环节的美国技术差距在不断缩小。对中国、东盟、美国三方广义商品贸易组成的分析发现,不同的经济结构与经济发展水平决定的在生产网络中的产品内分工关系是贸易不平衡的根源。如果这种分工格局不改变,中国贸易不平衡在一段时期内还会持续升级,可能会带来更多的贸易摩擦。文章从全球生产网络的视角深入分析这种贸易局面对国家经济结构调整和经济全球化产生的深远影响并提出针对性的政策建议。; Multinational corporations distribute in the global production by FDI greatly promote the level of the international intra-product specialization,and it can be reflected by the growing intermediate product trade.Firstly, on the basis of analysis the structure of trading of the world and bilateral trade in China,ASEAN and American in recent years,it determines the extent of the international intra-product specialization of China and ASEAN countries and the United States in the global,and is found that China,who are in production network is engaged in the processing and assembling of components and parts and ASEAN countries,who engaged in the production of components and parts,although the position of the value chain are not significantly improved but the extent of international intraproduct specialization is deepening as they integrated into the global production network.And the technology gap with American is shrinking,who are mainly engaged in high-end design and R&D in the value chain.Secondly,on the basis of analysis of the composition of general merchandise trade of China,ASEAN and the United States,it is found that the pattern of division,what is determined by different economic structure and the level of economic development in production network,is the root of the trade imbalance,and if the pattern of division is not changed, the imbalance trade would continue to upgrade in a period of time and more trade friction might be brought in China.Thirdly,on the basis of analysis of the influence on the national economic structure adjustment and economic globalization with pattern of division,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of global production network.; 教育部哲学社会科学发展报告资助项目《东南亚地区发展报告》(11JBCP029); 教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目《东盟国家产业结构研究》(11JJD810020)
