英文摘要	当代中国社会问题大多都源于结构性问题。结构性视角可以成为分析和破解中国社会问题的一个有益视角。社会结构性问题的破解,社会结构性矛盾的解决,要求创新社会管理思路。社会管理创新是我国社会发展进程中的深刻变革,也是经济社会发展到一定阶段、社会经历了结构性变迁之后的必然抉择。社会管理创新的基本路径是有序推进社会结构性改革,培育公民社会和社会组织,注重公共服务型政府建设,最终建构出以公正为基础的三维制衡的现代社会结构。; The structural problem is the root that causes social problems mostly in China nowadays,and the structural perspective can be a beneficial angle for analyzing and solving such problems.The solution for social structural problems and social structural conflicts that needs the accommodation of social management innovation.Social management innovation not only a deep reform in the social development process but also the inevitable choice of the development of economic society and social structural change.The basic path of social management innovation includes: pushing social structural reform orderly,cultivating citizen society and social organizations,emphasizing public service oriented government construction and building a three power balanced modern social structure that based on justice.; 教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金项目《哲学范式转换与马克思主义哲学理论创新》(10YJC720063); 中央高校基本科研业务费专项《人性化的时代意蕴》(2010221071)的阶段性成果; 厦门大学985工程重点学科“马克思主义理论”建设资助项目
