英文摘要	鲁北、鲁东党组织在领导农民群众进行土地革命的实践中,一方面向农民群众灌输苏维埃政权的意义,另一方面因地制宜致力于对地方性政治团体的改造,同时根据当地社会实际状况,把土地革命的重点放到领导农民群众的日常经济斗争上,并且坚决贯彻革命的阶级路线,确立无产阶级的领导权。在创建工农革命武装的过程中,鲁北、鲁东党组织一方面坚持以群众为暴动和革命武装的主力的原则,另一方面注意因势利导,把当地红枪会组织改造为党领导的革命武装,并且不断总结经验教训,探索适合鲁北、鲁东地方实际的游击战争规律。; The communist party organization of Northern Shandong province and eastern shandong province instilled soviet meaning into poor peasants,on the other hand led them to carry out day-to-day economical struggle as the emphases of its local agrarian revolution by establishing the proletariat leadership.In the procession of setting up workers and peasants revolutionary army,it stuck on the principle of making mass as the main force of uprising,on the other hand explored local guerrilla war rule by transforming Hong-qiang-hui secret society organization into revolutionary army led by communist party.
