英文摘要	随着创新环境的愈发开放和竞争程度的愈发激烈,越来越多的公司通过组建股权式战略联盟(或合资企业)的方式来进行技术创新。基于资源基础理论,双方母公司的知识资源互补对于联盟创新成功至关重要,而吸收能力理论则认为,合资子公司的知识吸收或整合过程对于联盟创新成功非常关键。基于148家股权式战略联盟样本发现,合资子公司的吸收能力在母公司知识互补(包括运营知识互补和管理知识互补)与联盟创新绩效之间扮演中介的角色。; With innovation environments becoming more open and competitive,an increasing number of firms have conducted their innovation activities through equity- based alliances.One stream of literature,from the resource- based view( i.e.,RBV),has underscored the key role of partners' complementary knowledge in facilitating alliance innovation,whereas another one,from absorptive capacity perspective( i.e.,ABP) has concentrated on the positive effect of knowledge absorption process on alliance innovation.Our analysis of 148 equity- based strategic alliances demonstrate that,subsidiary absorptive capacity plays a mediation effect between knowledge complementarity( i.e.,operational and managerial dimensions) from two parent firms and alliance innovation performance.; 国家自然科学基金面上项目“渠道成员间竞合行为的形成机制及作用效果研究”(70872090)
