英文摘要	“中国季度宏观经济模型(CQMM)“课题组于2009年8月底利用最新发表的宏观经济季度数据估计模型(CQMM),对2009年下半年至2010年六个季度的中国宏观经济主要指标进行预测,模拟了不同财政扩张支出的结构效应及美国消费—储蓄模式改变对我国经济增长的影响,对我国当前宏观经济结构失衡的成因进行分析,并提出扩大内需的政策建议。; In August 2009,the project team of "China's Quarterly Macroeconomic Model" (CQMM) used the newly published Quarterly Macroeconomic Estimation Model to forecast China's major macroeconomic indices for the six quarters from July 2009 to the end of 2010.The forecast was done by simulating the structural effects of expenditures of different financial expansions and the changes in the models of American consumption and saving on China's economic growth.Our study also analyses the factors for the current macroeconomic structural imbalance on the basis of our forecasting and the results of our policy simulation,and proposes some suggestions for expanding domestic demands.; 教育部文科重点研究基地2006年度重大项目“经济全球化条件下中国经济增长的动态效率研究”(06JJD790029);教育部文科重点研究基地2007年度重大项目“‘十一五’期间我国宏观调控方式转变的问题研究”(07JJD630226);国家社科重大项目“扩大国内需求的宏观经济政策研究”(08&ZD034);国家自然科学基金应急项目“中国当前应对国际金融危机、扩大内需的政策组合效应评估”
