英文摘要	本文研究了人民币汇率与经济政策不确定性的动态溢出关系,检验结果显示,1997年1月至2014年9月,中国、美国、欧元区和日本四个国家和地区经济政策的不确定性与人民币汇率之间存在溢出效应,且体现为人民币汇率对经济政策不确定性的净溢出;人民币汇率与中国经济政策不确定性之间的溢出效应占人民币汇率与经济政策不确定性总溢出效应的一半以上;在不同国家和地区之间经济政策不确定性的溢出效应中,中国成为仅次于美国的经济政策不确定性净溢出国。人民币收益率与经济政策不确定性的动态溢出结果显示,2005年汇率制度改革以来,人民币收益率与经济政策不确定之间的相互溢出效应均较汇率制度改革前有所提高,而在外部经济出现不利因素冲击时,中国经济政策不确定性对人民币收益率的溢出效应显著加强。; This study examines the dynamic relationship between RMB exchange rate and the economic policy uncertainty.The result shows that over the period from January 1997 to September 2014, there exist mutual spillover effects between the economic policy uncertainty of China, US, Euro Area, Japan and RMB exchange rate.The net spillover comes from the economic policy uncertainty on RMB exchange rate.The spillover between RMB exchange rate and Chinese economic policy uncertainty accounts for more than a half of the total spillover.Among the spillover of economic policy uncertainty between different countries and areas, China is the second net spillover country after the US.The dynamic spillover between RMB yield and economic policy uncertainty shows that since the RMB exchange rate system reform in 2005, mutual spillover effect between exchange rate and economic uncertainty has strengthened.When impacted by negative factors from outside, the spillover from Chinese economic policy uncertainty on RMB yield significantly strengthens.; 国家自然基金项目“动态视角下的中国外汇储备全面风险管理”(71473208); 教育部哲学社会科学重大课题攻关项目“我国外汇储备的科学管理及战略问题研究”(12JZD027)的阶段性成果
