英文摘要	2010~2020年间,亚洲地区存在巨大的基础设施投资需求,主要集中在中国、印度等东亚和东南亚、南亚地区国家,主要分布于能源和交通两个部门。但是,亚洲地区主要国家政府及现有的主要的多边发展融资机构Wb和Adb无法充分满足该需求,同时其也存在职能定位并非集中于亚洲基础设施建设的问题。在这样的背景下,AIIb凭借其区域内外成员国的广泛参与、明确的职能定位、平衡的治理结构、贷款利率的竞争力、更符合发展中国家要求的运营原则、运营效率的提高等优势,能够较好地弥补亚洲地区的基础设施融资缺口,促进该地区的发展。; During 2010-2020,there is a huge need for infrastructure investment in Asia,mainly in countries such as China and India located in Eastand Southeast Asia as well as South Asia and mainly in energy and transport industry.However,the major governments and current multilateral development financing institutions WB and ADB in Asia can't meet the demand,and the priority issues of the two MDB are not Asian infrastructure.Against this background,AIIB could fill the gaps in Asian infrastructure and promote the economic growth in this region based on broad participation of members inside and outside Asia,clear objectives,balanced governance structure,competiveness of loan interest,operating principles more conforming to the requirements of developing countries,and the improvement of operating efficiency.
