英文摘要	基于一般均衡模型,引入两个差异性出口退税率,重新构建差异性出口退税机制的产业结构优化效应理论模型,并利用中国1994~2011年间的差异性出口退税率和产业结构变动面板数据对该理论模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明,对不同行业采取不同出口退税率的差异性出口退税机制对产业结构能够起到一定的优化作用;通过降低出口退税率收缩中低技术行业的效应较大;通过提高出口退税率促进高新技术行业发展的效应较小。因此,应进一步完善出口退税的政策机制,以促进工业产业内部结构的优化。; The paper uses general equilibrium model with two differential export tax rebate( ETR) rates to rebuild a theoretical model of differential ETR and its industrial structure optimization effect.Differential ETR rates and the panel data of industrial structure change from 1994 to 2011 are used to make an empirical test on the model.The results show that differential ETR mechanism can effectively optimize industrial structure; the optimization effect of decreasing ETR to narrow middle and low-tech industries is high,while the effect of increasing ETR to promote the development of new and high-tech industry is low.Therefore,we should further improve ETR policy to promote its effect on industrial structure optimization.; 云南财经大学科学研究基金项目“失望厌恶效应对劳动效率和劳动协作的影响研究”(YC2013D11)
