英文摘要	本文依据国际劳工组织出版的《消费者价格指数手册:理论与实践》中关于CPI的编制方法,从一般层面将中国CPI编制方法同该规范进行了较为详细的比较,同时进一步从CPI编制的具体实务方面比较了中美两国可能存在的差异,并对这些差异进行了深入分析。; This paper summarizes the international standard on the CPI method of the Consumer Price Index Manual:Theory and Practice published by the International Labor office in 2004,and compares with the standard of the Chinese CPI method,then carries out some detailed comparisons on the differences of CPI compiling ways from the practical aspects between advanced USA and China,aiming at providing some reference for experts and scholars who interested in Chinese CPI establishment.; 教育部哲学社科研究重大课题攻关项目《中国居民消费价格指数(CPI)的理论与实践研究》(11JZD019); 国家社科基金重点项目《中国产业关联特征及支柱产业研究》(11ATZ002)的资助
