| 英文摘要 | 南非劳动法规沿袭英联邦国家制度,劳工法律制度比较健全,工会势力发展迅猛。中国企业对南非的投资近年来发展较快,为南非的经济增长和增加就业起到了一定的促进作用。中国企业的投资和经营不可避免地受到南非劳动力市场的影响,突出表现为:人力成本高昂、罢工频繁、劳工制度僵硬、有经验或有技术人才稀缺等。对中国企业而言,一方面要不断努力适应并遵守南非劳动法规,另一方面也要呼吁南非政府重新调整劳动法规,加强职业技术教育,更多地考虑投资者的利益。; The labor law of South Africa inherits the institution of the British Commonwealth and is comparatively developed.South African trade union develops very rapidly.In recent years,Chinese investment in South Africa has boosted rapidly and made some contributions to South African economic growth and job creation.However,the operations of Chinese enterprises have been inevitably affected by South African labor market,which can be summarized as follows;high labor cost,high frequency of strike,rigid labor institution and lack of experienced or skilled workers.Chinese enterprises on the one hand have to comply with the labor law.On the other hand,they can call for the South African government to adjust its labor law,improve vocational and technical education for its people,and pay more attention to the benefits of foreign investors. |
