英文摘要	本文通过梳理最近五年(2008~2012年)发表于企业社会责任专业期刊和重要管理期刊上的国外相关文献,从企业社会责任研究的新概念与新思想、新领域与新热点、新视角与新范式、新方法与新工具、新观点与新结论等五个方面阐述了国外企业社会责任研究的最新进展。新概念与新思想主要包括隐性和显性企业社会责任、CSr2.0、企业社会整合与共享价值;新领域与新热点主要包括跨国经营中的企业社会责任、社会责任投资、社会企业、企业社会责任管理框架、国际倡议或标准及其影响;新视角与新范式主要包括企业社会责任研究的政治视角、宏观经济视角、意义建构视角、动态视角和综合视角;新方法与新工具主要包括企业社会绩效与财务绩效之间关系的研究方法创新、企业社会责任负面事件(行为)研究法、企业社会责任文献检索新方法、企业社会责任研究的准试验分析法;新观点与新结论主要包括企业社会责任衍生概念的整合观点、企业社会责任影响因素的新观点、企业社会责任影响效应的新认知、企业社会责任发展阶段的新划分。在此基础上,提出当前企业社会责任研究呈现的四大趋势,即从单一维度向综合视角转变、从组织层面向宏观层面和个体层面转变、从工具理性向价值创造转变、从企业社会责任影响效应到影响机理的转变。最后,本文还分析了企业社会责任研究面临的若干障碍,并指出未来的研究应试图克服或解决这些障碍问题。; After several decades of rapid development,corporate social responsibility( CSR) has attracted more and more attention both in academia and practice.This paper aims to provide a panorama of the latest development of research on corporate social responsibility outside China.After reviewing all the CSR-related papers which were published during the period of 2008 ~ 2012 on the top CSR journals and management journals,this paper demonstrates the research trend of CSR from five different dimensions,e.g.new concept and new idea,new field and new hot topic,new perspective and new paradigm,new method and new tool,new viewpoint and new conclusion.This paper finds out that the past five year has witnessed the emergence of the following new concepts in CSR field,e.g.Implicit CSR,Explicit CSR,CSR2.0,Corporate Social Integration,Shared value and etc.And scholars have shifted more interests to the following topics,e.g.corporate social responsibility in multinational operation,socially responsible investment,social enterprises,corporate social responsibility management model,international initiative or standard of corporate social responsibility and their influences.As a multi-discipline field,CSR field has been gathered with scholars with different academic backgrounds and thus has been characteristic with diversified perspectives.Recently,political,macro-economic,sensemaking,dynamic and comprehensive perspectives have begun to be used by the researchers.We can also find new approaches and tools to be used in the traditional topics.For example,the innovation of meta-analysis method in exploring the correlation between corporate social performance and financial performance,the focus on the negative effect of irresponsible behaviors,the application of citation pearl-growing method in literature review,and also the use of quasi-experimental analysis and structural equation methods.The review demonstrates some new viewpoints and conclusions as well,that is,the integrative framework of CSR-derived concepts,such as CSR,business ethics,stakeholder approach,sustainable development and corporate citizenship; the specific factors or motivations of CSR,the conductive mechanism and non-financial effects of CSR,and the new classification of CSR development.Conclusively,this paper summarizes four major development trends in CSR research fields in the past five years,that is,the researchers have shifted their focus from single dimension to comprehensive perspectives,from organizational level to macro-level or individual level,from instrumental rationality to value creation,from the effects of CSR to the conductive mechanisms of CSR.Lastly,the obstacles confronted with research on CSR are highlighted this paper,e.g.the lack of consistent and concise logic,the shortage of a consensus CSR framework,the mixing up of different related concepts,the classification of the responsibility between corporate and manager,the ambiguity in understanding the concept and nature of CSR,the over-emphasize on the instrumental function or business case of CSR while neglecting the function of CSR for resource allocation and value creation,focusing on big company while neglecting SMEs,neglecting the contextdependent of multinational company.This paper suggests that the future research should try to explore the solutions for the above problems and thus CSR can be a promising field.; 国家社会科学基金项目“中国企业社会责任评价与推进机制研究”(12CGL039)
