英文摘要	《国际货币基金组织协定》是IMf运行的总指导,其修订情况体现了IMf改革的总体动向及趋势。在国际货币体系发生深刻变化的情况下,该《协定》始终维持IMf“宗旨“不变,体现了IMf对跨境资本流动自由化的根本态度。从其历次修订内容来看,长期以来,IMf改革主要包括内部治理结构改革和对外职能改革两大方面。该《协定》的修订历程,是研究IMf改革和发展趋势的重要参考。; Articles of Agreement of the International Monetary Fund is the general guideline on the IMF operation,and amendments of it reflect the orientation and direction of IMF Reform.Although the international monetary system has changed significantly,the Articles of Agreement keeps the purposes of the IMF unchanged all the time,indicating the fundamental attitude of the IMF to cross-border capital flow liberalization.According to previous Amendments,for a long time,the IMF reform consists of two aspects:internal governance reform and external function reform.Analysis of the Amendments would contribute greatly to the research of IMF reforming and development trend.; 2010年度中国国家社会科学基金重大项目(10ZD&054); 2011年福建省教育厅社会科学研究项目“国际货币体系改革及中国的对策”; 2010年度厦门理工学院校级课题(YSK10014R)
