英文摘要	“人本管理“是西方管理学革命的方向。产生于中国的“鞍钢宪法“直接引发了管理学的革命。“鞍钢宪法“中的“民主管理“思想比起西方的“人本管理“具有更多的内涵:它不但提升了企业管理效率,解决了企业管理中的一些难题,同时还是劳动者主人翁地位的体现,在以公有制为主体的中国企业管理中尤其具有现实意义。文章在介绍“鞍钢宪法“产生历史背景和主要内涵的基础上,从经济学视角作了一个简要分析。分析表明,“鞍钢宪法“不但是管理学的革命,也为经济学中解决企业理论中的交易费用问题和监督难题找到了思路。; "Human-centered management" is a trend of revolution of western management.The "democratic management" contained in Angang Constitution,once triggered a revolution in management in China,is more profound and meaningful than the western thought of "human-centered management".It not only led to the increase in the efficiency of enterprise management and solved a lot of problems in management,but also made the workers masters of the enterprise,which has significance in Chinese enterprise management with the public ownership.This paper begins with an introduction to the historical background and main content of Angang constitution,then makes a brief analysis from the perspective of economics.The analysis shows that Angang constitution is not only a management revolution,it also has found solution to solve the theoretical transaction costs and supervision problems in economics.; 福建省社科基金重点项目“马克思经济学企业理论及其创新研究”(2006A002)的部分成果
