| 英文摘要 | 随着竞争的加剧,区域经济合作越来越成为我国地方政府获取竞争优势、促进地区经济发展的重要力量。然而,区域经济合作利益分享与补偿机制的缺失,直接影响到我国区域经济合作与一体化进程。利益分享与补偿机制作为不同地方政府在区域经济合作过程中平衡、协调各方利益的制度安排,是突破现有制度瓶颈、促进区域经济合作的有效途径。; Regional economic cooperation increasingly becomes an important force to achieve the competitive advantage for local government and to promote regional economic development as the competition intensifies.However,the lack of interest sharing and compensation mechanism of regional economic cooperation will directly affect China's regional economic cooperation and its integration process.Interest sharing and compensation mechanism that acts as the institutional arrangement for different local governments to balance and coordinate the interest relation in the process of regional economic cooperation is a kind of effective way that breaks the current system bottlenecks and promotes regional economic cooperation.; 教育部哲学社会科学研究发展报告基金项目(11JBGP006);福建省社科规划基金项目(2011B245)阶段性研究成果之一 |
